Wildfire Report Form

Kansas Abbreviated ICS 209 Form

Complete and Submit this form within 24 hours for any fully contained/extinguished wildfire over 100 acres in timber, or 300 acres in grass. If the incident is ongoing, or other than a wildfire, use a standard 209 form. All boxes should be completed or marked "N/A".

If a fire crosses jurisdictional lines (such as a multi-county fire), it needs to be reported as a single incident with data for the entire fire.
